Overview
Location : Coimbatore
Position Objective:
Responsible and accountable for providing sales support to assigned regions in order to demonstrate premix product effectiveness.
Manage a team of premix manager and deliver the stated objectives
Focus on premix applications in poultry industry, maintaining a role of scientific expert that is viewed as a source of reliable information by the customer.
Responsibilities
Responsible for premix sales in the respective regions, planning and executing premix projects in coordination with sales team.
Manage a team of premix managers in different regions – India
Manage and drive premix projects towards achieving agreed objectives and budgeted sales targets.
Represent Kemin Premix solutions in a professional & Technical manner that provides assurance to the customer about premix products & capabilities
Work closely with account manager, product manager, Technical team in identifying opportunities, setting goals & implementation to meet the business objectives
Demonstrate the customer on the product value proposition & enhance customers TRUST on the product
Ensure that TCMs properly trained on Products/ Nexa/ in order to effectively manage the customers
Responsible for establishing the Kemin Premix products in the market
The person acts as a true partner to the team and engages customers in a professional, service-oriented manner, able to understand the customers’ needs and nuances.
Define & implement overall performance indicators and periodical reporting of actual performance, in order to facilitate (timely) decision taking.
Monitor and report to the relevant internal stakeholders about competitive and customer technical developments, new applications and new products
Qualifications
Graduate in BVSc/ M.VSc or equivalent with 5 to 7 years’ experience in sales / premix
Degeer in MBA is desirable and will be added advantage
Work Environment: Business Office
Necessitates 12-15 days of business travel in a month
