　　Duties & Responsibilities: Maintains operational profitability by developing and implementing a budget, auditing financial reports, and examining methods to reduce operational costs. Ensures quality of care/patient satisfaction. Develops personnel and workforce to ensure adequate coverage. Ensures physical and technological infrastructure meets functional needs of the organization. Performs other related duties as required.
