  Job Summary:

  Grande Cheese Company is seeking a highly effective sales professional to coach, educate, and develop frontline sales teams as our Manager, Region Development. As the Manager, Region Development you will direct, motivate, and lead team execution of tactical elements of strategic plan. You will provide team insights based selling skills to create product demand for “The Finest Italian Cheeses That Money Can Buy” and provide value to operator's businesses. Additionally, the Manger, Region Development will provide direction regarding development of a formal planning process for both the Distributor and operator and develop and maintain business relationships with Distributors and key operators

  Travel Requirement: 40%

  Car Stipend: Yes

  What you need to be considered for the role:

  Bachelor's Degree in Business or other related field required. An equivalent level of education and experience may be considered.

  Eight (8) or more years of related sales experience required, preferably in the food industry.

  Preferred:

  Culinary and/or restaurant management experience.

  Three (3) or more years experience in leading teams and/or major projects preferred.

  Experience in Microsoft Office, CRM and Tableau.
