　　BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be BASF’s largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards.

　　Main Tasks：

　　Coordinate to establish Cluster / Plant related KPIs and monitor/responsible to ensure the achievement of quality KPIs.

　　Coordinate with Site QM, BCH QM and BU regional QM

　　Support site internal audit to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls in daily processes as well as their compliance to business and corporate guidelines.

　　Support to Prepare & coordinate Management review with Site QM and follow up on the resolutions / actions.

　　Assist in external bodies (customers, suppliers, certification auditors) coordination on quality topics.

　　Handle all non-conformance issues resulting from customer complaints, internal quality issues and raw material abnormities, follow up agreed actions / deadlines on a monthly basis. Compile and analyze complain data to detect trends and initiate / lead improvement projects as required.

　　Conduct quality audit to selected supplier to monitor the quality performance and provide constructive suggestions.

　　Fulfil GB standard to ensure product conformance across CN market.

　　Develop and maintain analysis/quality procedure, manual and test plan for raw material, intermediate and finish product.

　　Coordinate data from routine inspection and or periodical testing to identify trends and deviation. Conduct investigation of key quality issues. Ensure root cause(s) is identified and effective corrective / preventive actions.

　　System Document Control for the Cluster, Maintain QM document to ensure the fulfilment of all system requirements.

　　Coordinate with related departments to optimize system procedure and practice.

　　Harmonization of QM set up across CP plants.

　　Training & competent CP employees on QMS

　　Other assigned work.

　　Requirement:

　　Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry, chemical engineering or equivalent.

　　More than 5 years of experience working in QM area, in chemical company working environment

　　Good communication (English & Chinese) and interpersonal skills

　　Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, & OHSAS 18001and 5S requirements.

　　Able to use Microsoft Applications and other statistical tools.

　　Able to organize, coordinate, implement and supervise a given task in systematic manner.

　　Able to look into continual improvement of process / activities and good knowledge of FMEA and risk assessment.
