Job Description As theManager - Project Management Platforms & Processes you will oversee themission-critical Project Management technology, platforms and tools usedby the Lifecycle Services (LCS) segment of Rockwell Automation for allcustomer-facing engagements. This is a senior role that is responsibleboth for short-term performance (daily support, oversight and continuousimprovement) and long-term transformation (defining future state visionand leading transformation initiatives and change management related tothe design, implementation and deployment of new technologies). Theproject management platforms overseen by you will include the IFSProject Management platform (existing solution deployed at Rockwell formore than 10 years) and the Certinia PSA (Professional ServicesAutomation) platform (a newer technology now in middle of multi-yearglobal deployment roll-out which is also introducing new resourcemanagement capabilities to the business). Although you will focus onthese project management (and resource management) technologies above,these platforms are also central to our broader LCS ecosystem and haveintegrations or points of intersection with other areas of our LCSbusiness including human resource management (WorkDay), proposal/offermanagement (ProMS), proposal estimation tools, expense management(Concur), business intelligence data lake (ROKFusion), ERP systems fororders/invoicing/revenue recognition (SAP and IFS) and many more.
