　　PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION:

　　Qualifications

　　MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

　　High School diploma or equivalent and three (3) years of experience as a principal designer or equivalent experience.

　　Ability to work independently as a team member, including the ability to handle conflicting priorities and to multi-task.

　　Stong interpersonal, time management and oral/written communication skills.

　　Valid driver's license.

　　Ability to pass any applicable tests.

　　Ability to work overtime and respond to emergency call-outs.

　　General knowledge of construction terminology, preferred.

　　Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, preferred.

　　PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

　　Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
