In this role, you will work on the Chief of Staff team for Bank Tech. As a Project Manager, you will drive strategy and execute on high priority risk management initiatives for the organization. In partnership with cyber and enterprise risk partners, you will manage projects and processes related to risk vulnerability, organization SLA requirements, and application health. You will take on important and exciting responsibility from day one, working with key stakeholders across the company. General Responsibilities:

Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reports.

Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements

Ensuring projects are documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time.

Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent

Partnering cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery

Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments

Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts

Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.

Display a passion for coaching and developing a team of associates through their leadership style

Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes

Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments

Identify ways to improve and streamline risk identification, assessment, and mitigation processes

Partner with Cyber and other Risk Management functions across the company

Interact with business counterparts and other IT colleagues to ensure appropriate coverage of shared controls and/or shared processes

Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes

Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands

Basic Qualifications:

At least 6 Years of Project Management experience

At least 5 years of Audit or Risk Management experience

At least 3 years of experience working with Technology teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

7+ years of Project Management experience

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Strong problem solving and influencing skills

Work experience achieving results while managing multiple, complex projects

PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
