Coordinator, Product Displays
Location : Berlin, CT
Summary
We are looking for a Product Displays Coordinator who will be responsible for the strategy, design, procurement and execution of our brand, solutions, and channel marketing product displays. Our door and hardware product displays program consists of hard set and digital display elements that are deployed to our customer and internal office locations as well as our static and mobile showrooms.
The ideal candidate will possess superb excellent management and organizational skills, the ability to pay close attention to detail, and have proven experience working with cross-collaborative teams including marketing, product management, engineering, sales, training, customer service and outside vendors. The role also requires the ability to conduct customer and sales needs analysis to formulate the program strategy and the ongoing project management of all deployed displays.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Conduct customer needs analysis and set strategic roadmap for overall customer display program
Work on cross-collaborative teams including marketing, product management, engineering, sales, training, customer service and outside vendors to formulate display designs, renderings, graphics, digital elements, approvals, etc.
Work with specification writers and product engineers on specific product ordering needs for full door opening displays
Collaborate with brand marketing, product management and customer service teams to procure all product for each display
Manage product order inventory and troubleshoot product issues
Project manage the overall build of the display with third party vendors and our technical support team on product install and programming
Coordinate logistics for shipping and install scheduling with customers, sales representatives and third party vendors
Perform final reconciliation of all program invoices and intercompany charges
Act as main point of contact for any install issues and set a cadence strategy for updates
Forecast and manage program budget to be at or under program goals
Build and manage relationships with internal departments as well as external agencies, vendors and clients
Continuously improve the program through effective feedback collection and evaluation
Supervisory Responsibilities
There are no supervisory responsibilities, though experience with managing and working with cross-collaborative teams is a plus.
Education and/or Experience
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, project management, exhibits/tradeshows or point of sale display design, or equivalent experience required. PMP certification and/or customer service experience strongly desired.
Experience and Requirements
7+ years of proven marketing project management experience
Experience with tradeshow exhibit and point of sale design
Experience with digital marketing specifically with social media channels and marketing automation platforms
Must possess superb interpersonal, negotiation, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrate creative thinking and innovative approach to display design
Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing program needs
Competent in financial management; experience working with both small and large budgets
Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills. Ability to write professional correspondence
Strong time management skills and high sense of urgency
Strong interpersonal and relationship building/collaboration skills especially cross-functionally and with agency partners
Client focused - superior customer service skills
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Adobe products, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Monday.com project management platform a plus

Up to 10% travel in the domestic US
