Many well-known companies use Mastercard Send to provide funds transfer solutions for their consumers globally.The Mastercard Send product team is looking for a Documentation Manager to produce and maintain clear, effective implementation guides and other documentation for our platform and services. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience, has an attention to detail, and can extract the necessary information from stakeholders and multiple evolving sources.RoleIn this role, you will: Develop and update customer-facing implementation guides, capturing evolving product capabilities and working with internal partners to publish to regular release cycles. Work with technical specifications for Mastercard financial transactions and systems, identifying and translating required content into clear customer guidance. Create and contribute to internal slide decks, documents, and wiki pages to help increase knowledge of our platform, systems and services internally. Ensure all documentation deliverables are produced to the expected quality, timeframes and standards. Be customer-focused, able to recognize customers needs and challenges and identify possible solutions.
