ABOUT THIS POSITION This management position will oversee the hiring, training and development of Inspires' Sleep Support team, the consistent training for the medical centers performing titration studies on Inspire patients, and the scheduling methods for appointments which require Inspire SSS attendance. OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE Hire and lead a team of Sleep Support Specialists responsible for Sleep Remote, Programmer and Titration training of Inspire therapy. Develop efficient and effective methods for Sleep Support Team Scheduling. Ensure consistent execution of titration and troubleshooting methods across all geographies. Participate in the development of updated training methods and materials. Implement training curriculum with current team and new team members. Work to develop effective remote support (via internet or phone) methods. Work with Quality to ensure timely reporting of potential adverse events, injuries and/or product or therapy related issues. Support CAPA activities in partnership with Development, Operations and Quality. Develop strong relationships with field and field management colleagues. Willingness and ability to travel for work. WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM Required: Bachelor's degree in science, medical, engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in the field of sleep medicine, having worked a majority of time in a sleep clinic, sleep laboratory or durable medical equipment (DME) company. 2+ years of experience in a sleep laboratory as either a sleep technologist or an allied health care professional, with the primary responsibility of sleep apnea care and management. 1+ year of experience manually scoring or interpreting sleep studies.
