Job Description
The Partner Incentive Payments team pays a monthly/quarterly incentive to partners that meet the eligibility requirements. Incentive eligibility will be researched and evaluated from multiple sources. Close coordination with other team members (in India and USA) is needed to insure programs consistency.
Responsibilities
Develops and monitor metrics to measure other key performance indicators and group performance.
Performs competitive analysis and reports.
Interfaces with client to resolve contract/delivery disputes.
May be responsible for directing resource management staff, ensuring maximum utilization.
Manage at least two direct reports.
Responsibilities:
generate revenue reports
determine eligible partners
verify attached support
confirm registration eligibility
identify eligible products
research partner discrepancies
respond to partner questions
calculate incentive amounts
create summary reports
create payment reports
manage 2 direct reports
Qualifications:
Summarize issues and communicate them effectively in both written and oral format
Strong understanding of how to prioritize tasks
Work effectively as a member of a team both in person and remote
Work in a fast-paced, high volume and time-sensitive environment
Embrace a continually changing environment and drive change
Manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail for reconciliation and research of discrepancies raised by partners
Build and maintain positive and productive relationships with both internal and external partners
Able to absorb concepts day to day, outside of structured training sessions (quick learner)
Skilled with MS Office applications; MS Excel intermediate level
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written) in English; any other language is a plus
