Job Description In this newly created position, reportingto the Director of Global Lead to Revenue, you will assess currentOpportunity to Revenue practices to Identify improvement opportunities,define, and activate new processes globally, and define metrics. Theglobal O2R team leads the strategy, path to execution, and criticalpartner collaboration to accelerate our ability to identify and reporton key metrics and performance tied to revenue related KPIs.Responsibilities will also include integrating new acquisitions into astandardized O2R framework. We ask that you understand sales, partner,and marketing processes and technology systems that work together. Youwill use CRM (Customer Relationship Management), marketing automation,sales enablement, CMS, and BI reports to define processes to improvesales, partner, and marketing processes. You will develop data-drivenstrategies to maximize performance, accelerating business. You will alsopartner O2R with sales leadership to influence and encourage disciplinearound sales and marketing data hygiene. You will: Champion the O2Rprocess. Maintain and govern the waterfall definitions use Champion SLAs(Service Level Agreement) on O2R points of handoff and expectations ofhandling at each stage of the waterfall. Develop, monitor, and governprocess performance metrics as defined in the SLAs Management of the O2Rgovernance council to ensure any process-related issues or processconformance are prioritized and addressed. Formulate a data strategythat allows for the unification, management, and governance of thecontact and account data used by product, marketing, sales, and customerexperience/engagement.
