Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the tech industry for a Manager of Tech Support based in Houston, Texas. This role predominantly involves overseeing the tech support team and ensuring the prompt and efficient resolution of technical issues. The successful candidate will be immersed in a dynamic workplace, utilizing a variety of skills including cloud technologies, database management, and deploying ERP systems.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the tech support team to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues.
• Implement and manage Citrix Technologies and Cloud Technologies within the organization.
• Oversee the organization's database and ensure its smooth operation.
• Handle EO/IR systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning within the organization.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory services across the organization.
• Conduct regular auditing to ensure the security and functionality of IT systems.
• Implement and manage Backup Technologies to secure company data.
• Oversee the deployment of computer hardware within the organization.
• Manage deployments and roll-outs of new systems or updates.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently. Requirements • The applicant must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a tech support management role or a related field.
• Comprehensive understanding and proficiency in Citrix Technologies is expected.
• Proficient knowledge of Cloud Technologies is required.
• Applicants should have a robust understanding of Database Management.
• Knowledgeable in EO/IR systems.
• Experience in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential.
• Proficiency in Active Directory management is necessary.
• Applicants must have experience in Auditing procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Backup Technologies is required.
• Familiarity with Computer Hardware is expected.
