　　A leading marketing and distribution company in the Des Moines area is looking to add a Manager of National Accounts to join their team! The Manager of National Accounts plays a pivotal role in managing and growing key client relationships at the national level. This position also works cross functionally among different divisions of the company, along with our national account to drive growth.

　　Main Responsibilities:

　　Develop and implement strategic plans for national account growth, aligning with Excell Marketing's overall objectives

　　Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction

　　Oversee operational aspects related to the delivery of products/services to national accounts

　　Work closely with merchandising, distribution, shipping, inventory, and other operations teams at Excell Marketing to align strategies and deliver comprehensive solutions to national accounts.

　　Requirements

　　2+ Years of prior retail experience with merchandising, operations or management preferred.

　　Bachelor’s degree in business or related field desired.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Word, Excell.

　　Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
