　　We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Application Development Manager to lead our talented team of software developers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of six highly skilled professionals, including Sr. Software Developers (Backend and Frontend), Full Stack Developers, eCommerce Developer, and Front End Developer.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Team Management:

　　Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of six developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

　　Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members to achieve project goals.

　　Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for professional development.

　　Project Management:

　　Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple software development projects.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.

　　Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

　　Technical Expertise:

　　Possess deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript development ecosystems, with a focus on Node.js and React.

　　Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology to guide the team in adopting best practices.

　　Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, ensuring the highest quality of code and system architecture.

　　People Development:

　　Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the team.

　　Identify training needs and facilitate opportunities for professional growth.

　　Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

　　Proven experience in managing software development teams, with a track record of successful project delivery.

　　Strong technical background in JavaScript/TypeScript development, including expertise in Node.js and React.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

　　Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

　　Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving common goals.
