Focuses on increasingly utilizing automation and innovative delivery methods to support Public, Hybrid Public, and Private Cloud operating models building on Logicalis' heritage as a Microsoft, IBM, HP, EMC, Cisco and VMware delivery partner. Focuses on delivery of Server, AIX, Storage (EMC, IBM, NetApp), Backup/Data Protection (VEEAM, Zerto) and IBM Power Series services. Works across departments to optimize engineering efficiency, including tools, process and staff optimization to deliver best in class customer engagement and satisfaction.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

　　Ensures delivery of services to cost, time and service levels.```{=html}

　　```- Schedules and prioritizes team's workload to achieve client facing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

　　```- Leads efforts to optimize delivery of work by 24/7 Operations team through automation and staff training.

　　```- Provides technical feedback to proactively improve customers' environments, includes analyzing changing business needs and application requirements, and planning for long term scalability of IT infrastructure.

　　```- Leads system optimization and troubleshooting initiatives under problem management frame work.

　　```- Works with various business departments within Logicalis and customers to ensure technology infrastructure is scalable, reliable and meets needs for immediate and long term timeframes, including delivery of all or part of Software Defined Data Center Strategy.

　　```- Oversees staffing, budgeting, and contracting of outside agencies and vendors to meet technical services needs of Logicalis; includes acting as liaison among staff, outside vendors, and services providers as needed.

　　```- Expertise in data center operations, server technol gies, telecommunications, virtualization, backup/disaster recovery, automation and monitoring tools, and advanced storage technologies.

　　```- Proven experience in delivery of services using highly automated and cloud ready delivery models.

　　```- Expert understanding of geographically distributed architectures.

　　```- Working knowledge of Windows, Network Administration and Virtualization.

　　```- Excellent understanding of current and emerging IT trends and impact on business strategies.

　　```- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications.
