DUTIES: responsible forpreparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts,and other food items in a restaurant. May supervise up to four (4) FoodPrep Workers. Will report directly to the Executive Chef atCoonamessett. On-the-job training is provided MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:(1) year of culinary experience in a fine-dining or high-volumeenvironment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required.SCHEDULE: 40hrs p/wk. The work schedule can vary and can includeevening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day ofthe week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 9:00am - 5:00pm or3:00pm - 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary. WAGE: \$19.52 - \$32.50 p/hr,paid weekly. Overtime is available at \$29.28 - \$48.75 p/hr. A singleworkweek will be used to compute wages due. LOCATION(S): TheCoonamessett, 311 Gifford Street, Falmouth, MA 02540 LODGING: Optionalhousing is offered for workers who are relocating to begin employment.Cost of housing, including utilities, if accepted, is \$100.00 per week.If used, the total cost of housing will be paid directly to employer. If the worker completes 50% ofthe work contract period, employer will pay directly for and/orreimburse workers for transportation and subsistence from the place ofrecruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contractor where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or payfor worker\'s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistenceback home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, exceptwhere the worker will not return due to subsequent employment withanother employer. The employer will pay directly for and/or reimburseworkers for all reasonable inbound transportation and subsistence costswithin the first workweek. The employer will pay directly for and/orreimburse workers for all reasonable outbound transportation andsubsistence costs during the last workweek. The amount of transportationpayment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical andreasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistencewill be provided at a rate of \$15.46 per day during travel to a maximumof \$59.00 per day with receipts. The employer guarantees to offer workfor hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each12-week period of the total employment period. The employer will provideworkers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required toperform the job. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweekfor all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees,including those mandated by government (excluding passport fees).
