　　役割 (Roles & responsibilities): •セミナー、イベント等のスペシャリストとして予算に合わせた会場・交通手配等のロジスティックス、招聘状の作成、必要な資材の準備のコーディネーションを開始から終了まで一貫してファシリテーションする• BMSのSOPおよび日本のマーケットで必要とされているコンプライアンスルールに従い、イベント実施のため必要なサポートを行う。またイベントに関わるアクションが適正であることを確認する•クロスファンクショナルチームにおいて社内・社外のステークホルダーと協力し、コミュニケーションをとりマトリックスチームをリードする•EMCOE内、オペレーション、法務コンプライアンス部門、グローバルチーム、ファイナンス等の関連部署と協力し、適切なアドバイスを受ける•自ら積極的にステークホルダーの意見をもとにプロセスの簡素化の可能性を探り解決する•セミナー、イベント等のスペシャリストとして国内イベント、海外演者の招聘、および海外から日本のHCP招聘について担当する•継続的にプロセスの自動化、簡素化が出来るよう課題を見つけ解決する•医療従事者への支払いプロセスでIssueがおきたときには責任をもってスピーディーに解決する。また、関係部門への説明と対応を責任を持って行う。•イベントマネジメントに関連するトレーニングマテリアルの準備、トレーニングの実施および必要なシェアポイントの整備•グローバル部門と連携し各種プロジェクトをリードする。決定事項をローカルのステークホルダーに共有し実行に移すまでを適切なプロセスで実施する。•チームマネージャーの補佐役として能動的に業務に関わり、マネージャーにとって最適なサポートを行う。•アサインされたプロジェクトを主体的にリード（英語のミーティング含む）し完遂させる。 必要な知識/スキル (Required knowledge/skills) : •営業・マーケティングあるいは顧客に接する業務の3-5年以上の経験•ビジネスあるいは技術系での学士を有するか、もしくはそれと同等の知識・経験•中規模-大規模のプロジェクトリード経験•医療従事者向けの招聘状、支払い、イベントマネジメントの経験•小規模のチームで期待された役割を効率的に完遂する能力・経験•複数のタスクを同時並行で処理ができるマルチタスクな能力・経験•BMSKKの社内規定、薬機法、公正競争規約、プロモーションコード、製薬協の諸ルールおよびその他本邦の関連規制に関する知識、医療従事者への謝金の支払いルールについての知識•社内の必要なシステムへの理解•複数の部内外のステークホルダーと良好な関係を築き、効果的に業務を行える日本語によるコミュニケーション能力•業務に関連する文書を英語で作成でき、担当業務に関連してステークホルダーとメールで確認、説明ができる読解能力•業務に関わる英語のミーティングを海外のステークホルダーと実施し、情報共有や各種交渉などを担えるビジネスレベルの英語力•プロジェクトをリードし効率的に完遂させ、グローバルとローカル双方にとっての最適解を見出すためのプロジェクトマネジメント能力とコミュニケーション能力 望ましい経験/スキル (Preferred Skills/Experience) : •当該ポジションと類似した業務経験・オペレーショナルな業務経験•社内外のステークホルダーとの折衝経験/HCPとの折衝経験•グローバルのプロジェクトへ参加した経験•グローバルで定められたプログラムを日本へローカライゼーションした経験If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
