Description
As Manager, Lead Central, candidate will work on initiatives that span across Managed seller acquisition org (Direct Sales & Partner Led Sales). The role-holder will work on various product/program initiatives to provide high quality seller/partner leads to the appropriate sales teams to improve their productivity and launch customer desired brands/sellers on A.in. The role holder will work closely with business leaders to finalize the framework for leads/partner sourcing, work with internal and external stakeholders for lead sourcing at economical cost, seller qualification as per pre-defined parameters and resource allocation basis lead quality. Using their know-how (including systems, processes and KPI management), deep understanding of Amazon tools and technical capabilities, individual will drive adoption and adherence of leads across teams (internal & external).

Basic Qualifications
6+ years of sales experience
8+ years of digital sales, account management, business development, or partner management experience
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Experience and understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India and exposure to prior interactions with sellers and distributors
Experience managing and growing complex business relationship at scale
Preferred Qualifications
Experience personally closing large complex deals end-to-end
Experience developing and executing sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs
