  This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Director, FP&A Manager. You will drive growth by engaging with the business and providing leadership through business stewardship, support, and challenge.

  Your day to day

  Drive performance through insightful reporting

  Assist the development of the business strategy and learn to challenge priorities by integrating with Franchise senior leaders

  Perform tactical interventions with the business to close gaps vs. plan and achieve project delivery

  Enhance commercial acumen by proactively engaging with business counterparts to understand business drivers and industry / competitive challenges

  Support the (3-year) strategic planning process, formal budget review process and quarterly forecast review process

  Assist decision-making of senior management by assessing risks and opportunities to improve key financial and winnings metrics

  improvement opportunities by benchmarking performance within / across regions

  What we need from you

  Whilst we love experience, mindset is of equal importance. We’re looking for someone who is committed with a natural ability to operate effectively in a fast moving, global environment. Strategic and critical thinking are key attributes of a successful applicant.

  Finance-related education, preferably holding a professional finance qualification (ACCA, CIMA).

  Senior finance analyst experience in a global organization, preferably in hospitality or a similar industry.

  Proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint, preferred knowledge of Power Query, Oracle Analytics & Hyperion.

  Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to review the work of others.

  Familiarity with IHG's business model, cost centre structure, and financial systems.

  Education and Experience

  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, finance or related field required.

  Master’s Degree or equivalent work experience in business

  CIMA, ACA or ACCA Qualified
