Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

Good understanding of Generator product requirements and manufacturing processes.

Good understanding of Generator and it’s component inspection and testing wrt technical requirements.

Know how on New Product Introduction process and establishment considering Generator.

Technical feasibility study and bridge the gaps starting from proposal to site installation.

Good understanding of reading and interpreting engineering drawings like SLD, GAD

Should have knowledge of Standards for Electrical/Instrumentation Components like IEC, IS,

Should be able to prepare and approve Quality Assurance Plan Manufacturing Process Plan.

Should be able to provide technical inputs/Lead RCA or 8D for quality issues and support troubleshooting.

Should be able to identify process gaps and drive improvements.

Maintain a healthy working environment while working with Cross Functional Team.

Be a part of lean initiative for in process quality to ensure quality and productivity.

We don’t need superheroes, just super mind

Should be BE in Electrical having minimum 12+ years of relevant experience.

Knowledge of Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001.

Hands on Generator product manufacturing and testing.

Should have good knowledge on Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Should have basic knowledge on QC tools.

Should be collaborative and decision maker.

Should have good knowledge in NCR management and lesson learn.
