Compensation: Starting $19.00 hourly
$300 Sign-On Bonus After the Completion of the 90-Day Probationary Period
The Inventory Control Associate position manages inventory through databases and maintains levels required on a daily basis to meet distribution demands. This position ensures that order supplies are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week. This person will be performing physical counts of materials, investigating, adjusting, and reporting system information based on findings in computation and count.
Essential Functions
Monitors inventory levels and purchasing supplies as required to avoid shortages and overages.
Determines appropriate inventory levels for each product that require additional supply stocking.
Audit zones for the product errors and locations missing that needed to be corrected.
Identify discrepancies in items to be changed, added or deleted from inventory.
Maintains appropriate records and files; enters data for quantities of products ordered and received; inventory and cycle count adjustments into computer database.
Creates various reports and distributes them to management as needed.
Ensures all products ordered and received are correct and on time to meet operational needs.
Troubleshoots inventory discrepancies by following the process in the system.
Prepares and participates in yearly physical inventory to tally the on hand vs the system count.
Double checks case quantity for all items necessary to make sure it matches on the website and on the picklist .
Works on product Move Location report on a weekly basis to establish fast paced picking of A category items.
Works on Bin Kill report on a weekly basis.
Works on Double Location report on a weekly basis and ensures that no item has 2 locations.
Performs RTV as and when requested by the team.
Performs cycle counts as and when required by the Customer Service team.
Works on Expired Products and sets the pallet aside for pickup on a monthly basis.
Works on Budle Inventory Report on a weekly basis.

Work Environment
This job operates in a warehouse environment where noise level can be loud. The employee is frequently exposed to fast moving carts and employees throughout the warehouse. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
Required Education and Experience
A minimum of HS Diploma or GED and one year of inventory control experience in a factory or warehouse environment. Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math. Intermediate computer skills and Microsoft Office experience (spreadsheets, database, word-processing, etc.) are required. Working knowledge of Ecommerce and inventory management systems.
Preferred Education and Experience
Associate degree.
Work Authorization
Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
