A Day in the Life:

　　This role is known for being the finance business partner to the assigned region and assigned operational leadership team. This position can be based out of CA, WA, OR, NV, or HI.

　　The starting salary is $110K; commensurate with experience.

　　What You’ll Do:

　　FINANCIAL REPORTING

　　Assist with project and capital management including new business and business transformation

　　Project support including business case development and ROI

　　Profitability analysis and improvement; capital planning management; management reporting; variance and trend analysis

　　Ad hoc reporting

　　Identify key metrics to drive performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

　　PARTNERSHIP BUILDING

　　Work closely with key personnel across the organization to understand and interpret financial performance

　　Partner with Region Finance, Operations management, Division finance, Financial Shared Services, Real Estate and internal auditors

　　Partnering and positively driving financial performance through operational teams

　　STRATEGY

　　Business Planning

　　Problem Solving and special projects

　　Financial Management of organizations with location in multi-state geographies

　　CONTROL AND AUDIT

　　Internal control policy, including compliance testing

　　Well-organized and proactive

　　CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

　　Identify opportunities to improve revenue and/or reduce costs

　　Operational finance training

　　What We’re Looking For:

　　Minimum 5+ years of experience required

　　Heavy modelling with excel and/or Hyperion Planning experience

　　Experience in US GAAP accounting

　　Strong analytical skills

　　Strong Microsoft Suite skills

　　Working knowledge with Oracle BI, Hyperion Planning/HFM highly desirable

　　Strong verbal/communication skills

　　Travel required
