Camping World is hiring a FP&A Manager to be based out of our Chicago/ Linconshire offices. This is a unique opportunity to be a strategic advisor to Camping World's leadership and operation teams, driving forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and the generation of meaningful analyses, dashboards, and presentations. This role requires strong business acumen, a deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting and data analytics.
Responsibilities:
Lead FreedomRoads FP&A support to develop methods for forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analytics.
Business and financial advisor to senior management team with frequent interaction.
Develop and manage analyses that communicate relevant and timely information to business team.
Partner with organization to drive process and systematic improvements across the channel.
Assess ongoing FP&A processes and tools for continuous improvement and automation opportunities.
Partner and support accounting team in certain close procedures.
Education, Experience & Skills:
5 to 10 years of FP&A experience.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field required.
Advanced financial modelling, forecasting and budgeting experience.
Experience with Microsoft Power BI (preferred), Qlik, Tableau, or other data warehouse software.
Experience with Oracle BI, Cognos, and SQL is a plus.
Positive attitude and team spirit. Detail oriented with excellent communications and presentation skills.
Self-starter capable of driving business results without significant supervision.
MBA, CPA or CFA is a plus.
