　　Position SummaryThe Orion Finance team is looking for a Finance Manager to join our team. This role will report into the VP, Finance and support a dynamic team across an extensive spectrum of commercial, operational, forecasting, and ad hoc deliverables. This opportunity will afford the right individual a wide range of responsibilities and exposure to develop skills in commercial finance while being part of a team and organization that is looking to expand into new products and areas of growth.

　　Responsibilities* Partner with Client Strategy, Investment, and Client Finance to create monthly and annual revenue forecasts

　　* Coordinate with FP&A to ensure compliance with Mediabrands forecasting guidelines and deadlines

　　* Prepare billings penetration and revenue extraction analysis to be used for revenue forecasting

　　* Partner with the Commercial Insights team to establish and enforce forecasting processes and procedures, as well as best practices, based on business model and business objectives.

　　* Generate revenue analysis and insights to be used by senior management for budget and target setting

　　Skills & Experience* 5+ years of experience within FP&A, Client Finance, Media Investment, or Accounting. Media/Agency experience preferred.

　　* Solid financial analysis skills. Prior experience with modeling would be beneficial.

　　* The individual will be expected to work independently and be able to collaborate with all levels of employees, and management to maximize performance, problem solving, and results.

　　* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail; thrives on accomplishing tasks accurately and efficiently.

　　* Expertise with MS Office products such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
