Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service and recommendations in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, improvements to internal and external processes, and other areas of opportunity. Provides product service information to customers and identifies upselling opportunities to maintain and increase income streams from customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Recruit, Coach, Develop, and Retain Government On-site Reps within a specific geographyActive contributor to the Federal Government leadership team to help identify and execute on business strategy, initiatives, and process improvements. Develop strong knowledge and expertise in contract compliance and maximizing PV contract value for both Government customers and Cardinal Health.Educate stakeholders on Prime Vendor (PV) contractual requirements and identify, escalate, and assist in the remediation of any identified compliance gapsServe as a primary Government team POC for the Cardinal Health internal stakeholders that engage with DOD & VA facilitiesAct as an escalation point of contact for Government facilities for any issues/questionsWork with On-Site and SCSE Reps to make sure they report PV-Medical conversion updates and other PV metrics on a monthly basis to continuously demonstrate value-addParticipate in regular cadence conference calls with On-Site Reps, SCSE Reps, and Product Reps who call on government facilities. Utilize call to communicate initiatives, contract changes, upcoming events,and further strengthen overall Government acumen through additional training,etc.Help communicate Prime Vendor opportunities and initiatives to the Cardinal Health business units/reps to help maximize PV utilization and Cardinal Health brand mixFacilitate compliance on Standardization Incentive Agreements for all DoD PV awarded customersMonitor fill rates and service levels with reps and government team to ensure consistent core list maintenance is performed for contract complianceAssist with Aged AR resolution to confirm contract complianceWork with On-Site Reps to ensure they are organizing and facilitating QBRs at facility levelVisit Government customers’ facilities to better understand their needs, review inventory fill-rates, and improve the customer experience. Overall goal is to foster active relationships with each facility, so they see the Government Manager as a resource for them and Cardinal Health as a trusted business partnerQualifications
8-12 years of experienceBA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred.Advance Degree preferredAccountabilities
