  The Apple Services Engineering (ASE) team is one of the most exciting examples of Apple's long-held passion for combining art and technology. We're looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, and creative communications manager who can help us connect our people to our purpose. In this role, you'll bring your talents to develop and execute executive communications and organization events that bring our ideas, products and values to life, connect with teams across geographies and functions, and elevate the employee experience. You will work closely with the Apple Services Engineering leadership team and serve as the organization's internal communications advisor. You will be collaborative, passionate, high energy, organized and articulate. To succeed in this role, you will be able to crisply summarize technical and business concepts in writing and in person. You love learning about the technology behind the products that billions of people use.   5 years+ experience working with executives with proven success developing executive-level messaging and providing communications counsel to senior management teams. 5 years+ of direct people management experience, ideally as part of a technical organization. Experience delivering internal communications to a global and hybrid audience, with a focus on internal large all-employee meetings, and in creating content for a variety of topics across a range of channels and platforms. Program management experience, with exceptional skills in leading complex, cross-functional communications projects for global audiences. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work effectively with executives and stakeholders at all levels. Experience executing strong communications strategies with an uncanny ability to take complex stories into a compelling and relatable narrative and format. Expertise in strategic communication with a focus on change management. Relentless curiosity, and a passion for using storytelling to create experiences. Strong ability to drive action through collaboration, proactivity, and flexibility. Able to rally people and influence all levels to get things done. Excellent and extensive writing, editing, project management, and keynote presentation-building skills. Passion for building a positive organizational culture around a unified mission, with a cultural awareness that identifies new concepts and emerging trends to enhance community within a global workforce. Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. A gifted eye for visual design and aesthetics essential. Proficient in Keynote, Numbers, Pages; skilled in Slack, Quip; and experience using project management tools.

  In this role you'll partner directly with Executives, providing guidance and counsel on how to craft narratives and develop materials to engage and inspire their own teams and the broader company. You''ll be a writing partner to senior executives for global audiences, including driving the creation and delivery of compelling, executive-level presentation materials including slides, scripts, messaging documents, stories and thought leadership. You'll lead a team responsible for the development, preparation, and messaging for organization wide communications, including Town Halls, company-wide memos, Ask Me Anything sessions, video scripts and internal social campaigns. You'll provide growth & development opportunities for the team and build out a mature communications organization. In this role, you'll constantly be exploring new ways to engage Apple employees in a rapidly growing area of our business. You'll help us find and tell the stories that matter and make a difference for Apple employees. You'll decide what format we use to tell these stories, how we amplify them across our channels, and what new channels and methods we should explore. You'll measure and report on results and advise on areas to evolve based on data; optimize current internal communication channels and explore new and innovative ways to reach and engage a diverse range of internal audiences. You will need strong project management skills, superb writing and copyediting skills, experience creating and executing content strategies that build and engage audiences, and know how to keep your finger on the pulse of the organization. You should be comfortable in creating systems and frameworks that improve efficiency and have the ability to clearly communicate, track and guide stakeholders to excellent outcomes.

  At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $192,700 and $289,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

  Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
