The post holder may be asked to provide advice in relation to labor law issues and real estate (both sales and leasing) and or transactional matters from time to time.

　　Here's your chance to step into the role of Manager - Digital & CX at Dubai Holding Entertainment . In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

　　You will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and change across the organization - inspiring innovation and efficiencies and helping to transform digitally the Technology capability into a strategic engine of the business. Your goal is to deliver customer breakthroughs and differentiation across the organization, develop and deliver new digital channels, and evangelize CX, design thinking and agility across your teams to exploit the potential of digital capabilities.

　　Functional

　　Partners with Product, Enterprise Architecture and Technology stakeholders to align solutions with program objectives within an Agile delivery culture.

　　Makes the link between business and technology by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement with measurable outcomes.

　　Supports business teams with expertise in Salesforce.

　　Supports issue resolution and risk mitigation, escalating to advisory and steering committee groups, as needed.

　　Understands overall architecture, business capabilities and alignment with corporate initiative so they can assist in removing impediments.

　　Helps establish governance where decision-making is weighted toward empowered teams.

　　Enables transformation of IT delivery models towards Agile and Continuous delivery.

　　Keep Customer Experience and Employee Experience as a priority across all customer digital touchpoints.

　　Anticipates and manages risks associated with technology delivery and technology choices.

　　Executes through alignment to the digital operating model and working with cross‐functional squads orchestrating continuous value delivery through release planning increments.

　　Ensures that architecture best practices are adopted with continuous coaching on adaptive, iterative methods and empowering teams to solve problems.

　　Ensures positive customer experience and promotes a culture focused on ensuring customer needs are met.

　　Serves as an enabler for innovative solutions.

　　Technical

　　Lead technical solution design, converting business requirements into solution requirements and feature, ensuring compliance with standards and company policies.

　　Support project from a technical standpoint: help and challenges vendors and third parties in technical aspects of the projects.

　　Review and approve technical designs and architecture changes related to Salesforce project and support.

　　Ensure quality of the architecture and technical designs.

　　Maintain the technical architecture documentation up to date.

　　Develop a vision of the Salesforce architecture target for the group.

　　Support custom solution implemented and continuously improve them addressing business requirements

　　Processes

　　Develops and implements policies, procedures and related to Salesforce architecture and technical designs and ensure reviewing and keeping the existing ones updated as part of the ‘continuous process improvement.

　　About you:

　　The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; relevant recent technology certifications

　　Certified Salesforce Architect

　　5 years of progressive technical experience
