  Job Description

  Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively performed to meet Corporate specifications. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Successful track record as a generalist and manager. Engineering or equivalent degree is an added advantage!

  This manager-level position responsible for a segment within a given project portfolio which can be defined by industry, service line, technology center, specialty area or region with several hands-on implementation engagements and support background in one or more of Oracle cloud ERP modules like Fusion/EBS HCM, SCM, Manufacturing, Financials. Main responsibilities include people management, project oversight, Harmonize with client Business / IT Teams. Accountable for operational/financial indicators and maintaining project/portfolio profitability while ensuring quality of project delivery and maintaining customer reference ability. Analyze solution approaches, estimations, standard methodologies, project risks and recommendations.

  We will understand client requirements and map them to ‘off-the-shelf’ products features to decide whether they would be more suitable than building a new system from scratch.

  Responsibilities

  Responsibilities:

  Minimum 12+ years of total experience relevant to this position including 2+ years of project management experience.

  Should have multiple full lifecycle HCM/SCM/Finances/Projects implementation experience.

  Should have exposure from requirement development / definition to functional solution design, implementation, data-migration, system testing, user acceptance testing, launch and service management.

  Functional domain expertise in HCM/SCM/Finances/Projects etc.

  Good understanding of integrations and technical solutions in all functional projects.

  Programming experience in crafting Procedures, Functions, Packages and others database objects using SQL and PL/SQL, XML/rdf reports, Oracle forms, Workflow Builder etc.

  Exposure to SaaS delivery models, preferably Oracle Fusion HCM.

  Preferably having industry recognized Project Management certifications such as PMI or Prince II.

  Excellent analytical, presentation and communications skills, confirmed ability to translate business requirements into technology specifications.

  Excellent knowledge of banking terminologies, concepts and processes

  Good communication & documentation skills in English

  Analyze solution approaches, estimations, standard methodologies, project risks and recommendations.

  Good Team handling skills

  Plan, handle and communicate the progress of the project, achieving project achievements and maintaining momentum of the project
