　　What you will be doing:

　　As the Manager, Corporate Communication, you will contribute to the overall success of Internal Communications ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. You will ensure all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

　　Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

　　Assist in the development of strategic internal communications plans to share information about business priorities and company initiatives with employees in new and innovative ways.

　　Proficient in executing virtual and in-person events for 100+, executive messaging, newsletters, speaking notes, and internal memos.

　　Ability to independently identify and collaborate with internal stakeholders across the business to gather key information on business, community, marketing, and partnership initiatives in order to develop communications and employee engagement extensions.

　　Act as an internal ambassador to encourage continued employee engagement on communications channels in addition to new yet-to-be identified communications channels.

　　Measure the success and ROI of Internal Communications campaigns to determine key lessons, opportunities, and best practices, and communicates these results back to the Business.

　　Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

　　Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:

　　University or College Degree in PR, Communications or a relevant discipline

　　5-6 years’ experience delivering on communications strategies with a proven successful track record

　　Advanced writing, editing, and presentation skills

　　Strong project management skills with the ability to support multiple initiatives with competing timelines

　　Solid understanding of communication best practices

　　Demonstrate strategic understanding of channels such as intranets, social media and video for internal communications needs

　　Able to deal with ambiguity and tight deadlines while working effectively in a team environment
