This position will manage the dailyoperations of the contact center(s), including but not limited to callmonitoring, coaching and development, handling escalated calls,suggesting and implementing new processes, warranty support and recallmanagement. This position is also responsible for serving as a keyliaison with Sales, Quality, New Product Development, Supply Chain,Regulatory and Product Planning.
