Manage the Construction work-group section within our agency\'s Safetyand Security Division. Manage, provide oversight and coordinate allaspects of the development, implementation, and administration ofAgency\'s Construction Safety Programs, Safety and Security ManagementPlans, and Safety and Security Certification Programs for all agencycapital and improvement projects. Provide guidance to Engineering andConstruction services as a subject matter expert at all stages of thedevelopment of the project at all stages of design. Knowledge tocomplete Pre-Hazard analysis, safety certification, the Operationalhazard analysis and Job hazard analysis for all projects will be alsorequired. Oversee internal agency and external contractor/consultantcompliance audits and reviews of construction safety and safetycertification programs to ensure they are effective and meet establishedprogram/regulatory requirements. Review and coordinates safety riskassessment program efforts, refining safety risk criteria and guidelinesfor identifying and evaluating safety risk, and implementing mitigationmeasures. This position supports the Director of Safety andEnvironmental services and may at times be responsible to lead theSafety department in the Directors absence or by direction. Promotes aculture of safety for employees and contractors, monitors constructionactivities to assure contractual compliance and safety program goals arebeing met also supporting other agency-wide Safety Management System andAgency Safety Plan efforts as needed. Perform related duties as required. Minimum 6years experience required. Serve as a good steward by regularlyutilizing our transit system to maintain a strong and currentunderstanding of customers\' experiences and of our product and serviceofferings.
