Expert user of Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM). This position will be the main programmer/administrator of multiple sales incentive plans within Varicent. Design, build, maintain and extend data models and technical solutions within ICM. Analyze requirements, plan/design system tables, and review/analyze system performance. Work with cross-functional (LOB, HR, IT, Finance) team to help with incentive plan design, modeling and analysis. Provide support to various other compensation activities including annual merit/bonus cycle, ad hoc job evaluation and market data requests
Business owner of the Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) tool. Provide support to various other compensation activities as needed including annual merit/bonus cycle, ad hoc job evaluation and market data requests.Documents all related incentive compensation policies and procedures.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a directly related field.4-7 years of experience in an analytic capacity - Business analyst, Software engineering, HR Analytics or related area.Experience in Varicent Incentives required.Experience in HR compensation function preferred.Advanced skills in MS office tools, Excel, PowerPoint required.Excellent and proven interpersonal skills to include: verbal, written and technical communication skills.Demonstrated ability to maintain objectivity and discretion with confidential information. Ability to be proactive, problem-solve, make decisions, meet deadlines and escalate when needed. The estimated salary range for this position is 95,000.00 to $120,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
