Summary:
The Clinical Reliability and Insight Manager is responsible for overseeing various clinical registries/hospital quality reporting programs and maximizing clinical registry data utilization/interpretation as well as cost savings by proactively identifying areas for improvement, utilizing lean tools and techniques, analyzing and reporting key metrics, communicating continuous improvement activities, and training team members to accomplish the same.
Strongly prefer candidate with management experience in quality and clinical data analytics.
Responsibilities:
1. Process Improvement - Develops continuous improvement strategies by translating business objectives into actionable projects. Communicates and exemplifies the company’s continuous improvement philosophy, vision and expectations. Ensure and drive timely, complete, and accurate clinical reporting for the designated areas by acting as a Lean/Continuous Improvement business partner to all departments and levels, challenging processes, proposing ideas and driving change. Focus on developing and enhancing clinical data insights through sound clinical data analytics and interpretation. Acts as a change agent around continuous improvement opportunities. Develops employee training and development on lean concepts. Develops a lean culture throughout the location and coordinates/executes actions to reach targets. Act as a Project Manager for lean and continuous improvement related projects. Identifies quality improvement opportunities, especially by examining clinical registry data sources and developing insights. Looks for opportunities to maximize efficiency and reduce waste. Designs and leads projects to implement continuous improvement actions and achieve future state. Utilizes measurement systems supporting lean manufacturing philosophy. Tracks and executes cost reduction on process improvements.

Understands the overall financial performance of the organization and applies financial concepts and practices to establish and maintain realistic budgets. Uses financial information to monitor budgetary responsibilities.

Education Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
● No licensure or certification required.
Professional Experience Requirements:
If a Bachelor's degree: Five (5) years of experience.
If an Associate's degree: Nine (9) years of experience.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
Strongly prefer candidate with management experience in quality and clinical data analytics.
