  This is your chance to be part of a Global Sales Team that ensures Hilton owners and operators receive the combined benefits of scale, access, competence, and experience. As a Manager of Business Travel Sales – Extended Stay , you will support the team responsible for providing a differentiated selling platform for Hilton's diverse portfolio of brands by being relentlessly motivated to grow market share. On the Business Travel Sales (Americas) team reporting to the Assistant Managing Director of Sales, you will focus on building positive partnerships within the Extended Stay sales vertical with a focus on the relocation sector by improving revenue, room nights and growing Hilton’s market position as well as educating both hotels and brand representatives on the assigned account roster to help cultivate customer business. You will meet your set goals, uncover projects, groups, and meetings business within your roster driving additional revenue and increased market share into Hilton Hotels worldwide.

  HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

  What your day-to-day will be like:

  Demonstrate understanding of sales principles and protocols to increase revenue per client and ensure revenue targets are achieved.Collaborate with Hilton Worldwide Sales Specialists and other valuable partners to provide total client solutions. You will be dedicated to a “One Team” commercial culture while living the Heart of Hilton.Apply the best methodology in daily client data management and maintaining clients' privacy, using our CRM program and updating SFDC daily with activity, tasks, and follow-up.Analyze industry trends and competitors' strengths and weaknesses and incorporating industry and client analyses to forecast future client needs.Build relationships with important buyers in the extended stay, relocation, and corporate housing segments.How you will collaborate with others:

  Clients and TMC’s – you will communicate information to influence a positive buying decision via in-person or virtual meetings. There is an expectation you will travel to meet with clients for QBR’s, trade shows, and annual reviews.Hotels and Owners - you will ensure full understanding and active engagement while building individualized partnerships to provide unlimited value.Sales Support – you will lead non-selling activity to support improving sales results.What deliverables you will take ownership of:

  Work in partnership with AMDOS and vertical team to build and implement sales strategies and solutions for this growing segmentincrease value for internal and external partners while providing an overall solutions-based approach to complex needs.Collaborate with cross-functional internal departments to ensure commercial performance of the segmentWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

  You have these minimum qualifications:

  Five (5) years of professional work experience in the corporate housing, long-term housing, mobility, and/or relocation industry.Strong knowledge of the procurement cycle and requirements of temporary housing buyersExperience in business development and sales strategy.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Travel up to 25% of the timeIt would be useful if you have:
