Manager of Business Development ASSA ABLOY Accentra – Norton Rixson
As Manager of Business Development ASSA ABLOY Accentra – Norton Rixson your role is to lead the ASSA ABLOY Accentra & Norton Rixson brands with a focus on Norton Rixson on a day-to-day basis requiring active engagement with sales, marketing, product management and operation teams. Your responsibility will include covering (2) regions of the country and will be assigned based on your location in the United Sates. You will report to the Sr. Director of Business Development.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute growth strategies for the Norton Rixson brand.
Work with operations and other teams to achieve P&L goals for Norton Rixson
Work closely with the sales team to align brand strategies with day to day sales activity
Work closely with product management on new products, product quality and market positioning
Work closely with marketing to develop Norton Rixson materials that support the sales team.
Work with Customer Service, Tech Support, DSS and customers to improve Norton Rixson’s NPS score.
Steering committee member on several key Norton Rixson initiatives
Participation in trade shows such as SHDA, MSC etc.
Developing a strong Norton Rixson communication program for both sales teams and customers

EBIT & Cash flow performance: ASSA ABLOY Accentra & Norton Rixson brands
