Manager, Brand Experience DevOps is accountable for delivering high-professional IT application service and support assigned to their team or area. This role applies the combined professional skills, technical and leadership expertise so that, working with the teams, they provide solutions to best support the AGCO business. This role is responsible for delivery of web based application development, operation and automation for cross-functional areas. The person in this role will have responsibility for leading, managing, developing and motivating a team of 10 to 20 developers and engineers in some cases, business analysts.
This roles requires to lead team of resources (internal/consultants or local/remote) in project delivery and support environments and in addition manage strategic integration partners and their delivery / operational requirements.
Your Impact
Build an lead a team of resources (internal/consultants or local/remote) as direct and matrix reporting relationships in project delivery and support environments.
Implement DevOps strategy - including CI/CD Pipeline and multiple tool ownership and build Development teams and functions for new areas / bring knowledge in-house.
Implementing and documenting processes for products support & deliver, as well as alignment with It & business leaders
Ensure individual and team compliance with all AGCO policies and procedures including Sarbanes Oxley, IT and Security. Follow established governance processes and standards.
Your Experience and Qualifications
4+ years of web development experiences (HTML, scripting languages)
2+ years of experience with Microservices and AWS
Test automation experience
Experience in deploying in and operating CMS platforms
Experience in building teams and managing technical employees
