Essential Functions & Duties* Assisting Market Manager in developing new business and maintainingexisting relationships * Communicating clearly with Bank associates tobuild a team atmosphere and provide optimum service to clients *Understanding and suggesting Bank products and services to meet currentand emerging financial needs * Developing and managing a portfolio ofdeposit and loan clients effectively with a goal of maximizingrelationships and increasing asset quality and profitability *Producing workable, quality referrals; initiating positive partnershipswith other associates to develop successful and growing relationshipsRequirements Required Education and Experience Associate degree orpost-secondary classes/degree. Equivalent experience also accepted.Minimum 5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination ofeducation and banking experience.
