The candidate should have a minimum educational qualification of Masters (M.Tech/M.Sc/M.Pharm etc) in the field of Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology and related fields. Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) will be preferred. 1-5 years of working experience is required in academic/industrial setting in similar field. Candidate should have sound knowledge about rDNA technology, molecular biology, cell biology. Hands on work experience in expression vector development, PCR, real time PCR, mammalian (CHO based) /microbial (Bacterial/Yeast) cell culture, single cell cloning, stable cell line generation for mAbs, therapeutic protein is essential. Candidate will be required to work independently and in combinationwith other members of the team, should be able to design experiments, trouble shoot results, follow SOPs, maintain proper documentation of experiments.
