What will you do:

　　Share good knowledge of current trends and developments in area of commerce

　　Bring industry best practices and expertise on Commerce Clouds / Platforms

　　Defining the commerce strategies for worldwide, blue chip companies

　　Working in partnership with the business to understand as-is and define as-to-be processes

　　Business process definition, creation of functional specifications and business requirements

　　Translate business requirements into technical requirements and vice-versa, keeping in mind that this is a business functional role

　　Ongoing cooperation with developers to coordinate implementation and avoid defects in the existing software

　　Support in project management (classic and agile approach)

　　Global / local markets roll-out experience of e-commerce platforms (based the best on SAP Commerce or Adobe Commerce or SFDC Commerce Cloud but not only)

　　Configure the platform to satisfy the business requirements and identify functional changes required to be developed

　　Requirements:

　　Minimum bachelor’s degree

　　Experience within Consulting (preferred) and/or other industry experience

　　Depending on your experience you will be considered for Analyst, Consultant or Manager position

　　Solid knowledge and direct experience in leading transformative changes in digital customer sales and service, customer experience design

　　Hands-on experience in leading and implementing e-commerce platforms

　　Hands-on experience on performing business user configurations in e-commerce platforms

　　Experience in improving business processes and collecting and analyzing business and IT requirements

　　Good to have any of commerce certificates (the best on SAP Commerce or Adobe Commerce or SFDC Commerce Cloud but not only)

　　Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

　　Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) as your projects will be mostly placed in the international environment

　　On top of your good English (is a must) language skills - German / French / Italian / Spanish language as a big advantage

　　We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
