Major duties and responsibilities include but are not limitedto: Monitors and coordinates medical center activities to optimizeresource utilization, information management, systems analysis,productivity, and workload capture. Provides consultation or expertadvice to management and is involved in planning long or short-termorganizational objectives. Provides operational support and expertise tothe facility Quad, participating in executive leadership discussions,senior management decisions, and policymaking. Uses specializedknowledge and skills pertaining to health care delivery systems theincumbent takes action to develop or modify objectives and boundaries ofassignments as indicated and plays a critical and influential role inorganizational performance and excellence. Serves as an advisor toleadership for issues involving organization operations, scheduling,clinic, productivity, ward data, access, staffing, workload, resourcedata, information management, revenue enhancement, etc. Performs itemmanagement analyses such as development of life cycle or other costanalyses of projects, performance of cost/benefit or economic programevaluations. Researches and investigates new or improved advancedclinical access principles data, operational data, applications, datascience tools and revenue enhancement practices for application tomedical center programs or operations. Analyzes new or proposedlegislation or regulations to determine impact on medical centerworkload, operations, advanced clinic access principles, funding, andresources. Perform other duties assigned.
