Maintenance Technicians / Steel Mill Equipment -- Youngstown / Warren, Ohio -- Job 24-00166Salary Range: $30.00 - $34.00/HR Permanent Position with BenefitsFirst & Second Shift Positions are available.Multiple Maintenance Technicians are needed for this established.Requirements• Steel Production Plant. Candidates must be capable of installing,troubleshooting, repair and setting schedules for preventativemaintenance on various types of Steel Making Machinery.• Candidate must be able to read and understand maintenance repair& installation manuals, mechanical drawings / blueprints & handsketches, electrical schematics & wiring diagrams.• Candidate should be able to perform welding tasks and have a general knowledge ofPLC Programming as required.• Additional experience with hydraulic / pneumatic equipment andplant electrical systems is preferred.• Candidate will also document equipment failures and work withpurchasing to order the correct replacement parts and keep adequateinventory of parts to keep the machinery running.• In addition, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and providesleadership on the safe operation of equipment and enforcingemployee safety standards.Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Checkand a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permitmay apply.Due to the large amount of resumes we expect to receive only the most qualified candidates will be contacted.
