　　Maintentance Tech Manager (Ohio Turnpike Tolling Ops)

　　About the Role

　　A Maintenance Technicians Manager is responsible for the end-to-end process of maintenance technical support of the Ohio Turnpike. 50% local travel that may include nights and weekends.

　　Responsibilities

　　Manages, mentors, and trains a staff of 6 to 8 technical employees at more than one location.

　　Maintains a daily cadence with the client. This includes meetings, emails, site visits, etc.

　　Performs hands on, technically based, activities including troubleshooting critical systems and repairing.

　　Works and manages subcontractors as needed for onsite installation and repair activities.

　　Works with other Conduent cross functional teams such as HW & SW engineering, QA, procurement, PMO, and upper management.

　　Assures that documentation is accurate and readily available to the entire team.

　　Assures that SW tools and associated licenses are installed, updated, and used by the entire team.

　　Manages all subordinate’s timecards, attendance, and period performance reviews.

　　Responsible for scheduling of team resources according to client’s needs.

　　Uses Conduent Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage workorders, status alerts, etc.

　　Manages installation, refresh, and remodel projects of TCS across the turnpike.

　　Creates and submits reports on a regular basis. This includes root cause analysis and corrective action.

　　Oversees warehouse and asset management including vehicles and other roadside equipment and tools.

　　Performs tasks according to established procedures. RACI, Pareto analysis, etc.

　　May need to contribute to RFP proposals from time to time, including presenting in front of prospective clients/bids.

　　Requirements

　　Requires a complete understanding of the toll collection system (TCS) operation

　　Must be familiar with the use of spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and similar software tools.

　　A basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is required.

　　Formal technical education is highly desired.

　　Familiarity with SAP and Ariba is preferred.

　　Able to lead team and motivate toward operations objectives.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $96,000 - $118,080.
