Description:
Looking for 70/30 mechanical vs electrical
Candidates will be responsible for maintenance on eight blow molding equipment, four electrode welders, various conveyor lines, and four KUKA robots
Will be responsible for pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, sensors, bearings, air pressure equipment, drives, vales, ac/dc, cylinders, pumps, various shafts and various other secondary equipment
Some maintenance on forklifts or lifting equipment
Reading blueprints and schematics
Electrical troubleshooting up to 480v single and three phase
MIG and Stick Welding
PLC troubleshooting or programming experience is a PLUS
General shop clean up as needed
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Able to read blueprints and interpret symbols
Able to mechanically and electrically diagnose and troubleshoot equipment. Up to 480v electrically.
Able to troubleshoot pneumatics and hydraulics
Able to use a volt/multi meter
