　　Job Summary:

　　The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for overall maintenance of the apartment complex. They are also responsible for maintaining curb appeal. The Maintenance Technician II will handle major repairs and perform preventative maintenance. Is responsible in prioritizing work.

　　Major Job Responsibilities :

　　Completes timely repairs and painting for all of the apartment units and manages emergency calls. Seeks supervisor approval for repairs over $500 in cost.

　　Maintains grounds of buildings including snow/ice removal from steps and sidewalks, trash pick up, mowing and trimming grass, bushes and trees.

　　Cleans and maintains all common areas within the apartment buildings.

　　Completes check out process within 5 days of end of tenancy and manages the cleaning and repair/replacement process for turning the unit over for the next resident on a timely basis.

　　Job Requirements:

　　Education: High School and Requires valid driver’s license

　　Job Related Experience: 3 years
