  JOB REQUIREMENTS: 8hr Day Shift Maintenance Technician I -IV -1117210400 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Job Overview The MaintenanceTechnician III ensures maximum operating efficiency, maintenance andrepair of machines and equipment in production and facility. JobResponsibilities * Respond to production requests for immediateattention to production line issues and problems. * Maintain productionequipment. * Maintain records of preventative maintenance. * Createrequisitions of parts and supplies to maintain equipment. * Advanceknowledge to maintain electrical/electronic systems and generalproduction line equipment. * Identify problem areas and address withpermanent solutions * All GLC employees are expected to perform anyassignment or job task according to the stated safety policies &procedures. * All GLC employees are expected to produce our products ina manner that exceeds the quality and value expectation of our customersand consumers by adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices, Policies andProcedures outlined in our Safe Quality Food Program. * Otherresponsibilities as assigned by the manager. Working Conditions *Ability to constantly stand/walk; bend/flex/extend neck; frequentlygrip/reach/lift/pull with L/R hands. * Ability to frequently handlematerial from floor-to-waist, waist-to-shoulder andpushing/pulling/carrying. * Product weight: up to 50 lbs. * Repetitivework in a fast-paced production environment with average temperature of50-60 degrees F. (TIG, MIG andStick). * Advanced knowledge of PLCs and ability to troubleshoot thesesystems. * Ability to read and understand schematics, pneumatic,electrical and hydraulic drawings. * Familiarity with OSHArequirements. * Basic computer skills.
