　　SUMMARY

　　Under general supervision, responsible for Maintenance of Facility and media . Be a creative and proactive contributor, focused on continued improvement.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Perform electrical, mechanical, painting, and/or carpentry repairs of fixtures and equipment on company premises;

　　Oversee installation, relocation and reinstallation of new and/or existing equipment;

　　Maintain, repair and keep in basic condition production compressed air system, humidifiers, air dryers, vacuum systems, water treatment, boiler house;

　　Perform simple engineering calculations for proposed new equipment in part of modernizations and optimizations;

　　Update technical documentation when changes mandate and following a part of lifecycle;

　　Create, optimize and improve maintenance strategy for all Air Conditioning and ventilation equipment within manufacturer specifications.

　　Submit proposals and recommendations to department supervisor for upgrades or changes;

　　Troubleshoot and conduct periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required;

　　Follow Preventive Maintenance Instructions and ensure that the records for such are properly documented;

　　Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.

　　MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

　　High school diploma or equivalent required, in technical area;

　　One to three years experience; or demonstrated skills required to perform the job.

　　Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

　　Knowledge of CAD is a plus.

　　Driver's license, B category

　　Knowledge of English and Croatian language
