Primary focus is to provide electrical andcontrols support for installation, troubleshooting, scheduling andrepair of manufacturing and facility equipment to insure safety, qualityand production standards are met. 4th shift Sun-Thur 10pm-6am ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Monitors and advises on proper electricalinstallation and troubleshooting techniques, verifying that electricaland control standards and compliance guidelines / requirements arefollowed (NFPA 70E, NEC, etc.) Will participate in, and write LockoutTag out procedures, for new and upgraded equipment / facilityinstallations, utilizing audits and PMs to stay current PLC install,replacement, diagnostics, and program changes. PC based controlinstalls, replacement, diagnostics, and program interpretation. Roboticcontrol and feedback device troubleshooting Electrical fielddevice/component troubleshooting and replacement. Electrical supplysourcing and sizing for equipment modifications and installs includingwire runs up to 480V. Assesses electrical training needs within themaintenance group for safety as well as developmental needs asnecessary. Maintain and promote a safe working environment takingappropriate safety precautions and measures. Always maintain GMPknowledge and execute GMP practices. Strict housekeeping (including toolreconciliation) of all work areas essential throughout facility. Takepride and ownership in task and job performed while ensuring operationalsafety, plant performance and line uptime are optimized. Followestablished maintenance processes and required standards of excellence.Utilize the predictive maintenance diagnostic tools and proceduresprovided, interpreting and documenting results. Taking appropriatemeasures to prevent failure. Maintain, systematically troubleshoot,repair, and replace in-kind, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic,hydraulic parts primarily for manufacturing equipment. Job taskassignments and tasks will be performed through the computerizedmaintenance management system. Complete work order assignments withinthe given amount of time directed. Report any need for deviation throughproper channels. Involvement in Continuous Improvement initiatives andRoot Cause Analysis is essential.
