Job Description Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a full time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Minneapolis to provide support to the most premier luxury high-rise condominium projects in the in surrounding area! If this describes you, we encourage you to apply today. This position will require someone who exhibits a strong work ethic with a consigner level of service to the clients, guests and homeowners. The nature of this assignment will require someone capable of working a flexible work schedule to include evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule. Some things you can expect to do: Perform routine preventative maintenance on building equipment and systems. Perform grounds maintenance to ensure a safe, clean and presentable environment Perform general repairs / adjustments to building systems to include lighting, plumbing, painting, hardware and other related maintenance tasks. Perform interior maintenance rounds to Identify deficiencies and potential hazards. Report directly to the Chief Engineer and work closely with the onsite Caretaker, Management team and customers. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills long with a helpful attitude when interacting with building occupants. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of successful commercial maintenance experience or a vocational degree. You must have a clear driving record, basic knowledge of computer applications, and ability to lift 50 lbs. You must also be able to work from a ladder, work overhead, smell smoke and other chemicals and be able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions. You will really stand out if you: Have former experience working in five-star hospitality or other environments including elevated customer relations Have pool maintenance experience including a CPO License Have knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to make needed adjustments and general repairs.
