About Maintenance Technician

　　JOB REQUIREMENTS: What will I do as a Maintenance Technician?Responsible for the completion of all work requests/orders assigned.Repair and replace items throughout the campus such as blocked drains,faucets, light fixtures, electrical devices, handrails, beds, tables,chairs, motors, pumps, tractors, lawn mowers, motorized vehicles, etc.Perform construction and renovation tasks, including repair and paintingof walls, repair of windows, doors, etc. Maintain records of all repairwork completed computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Ensuremachinery and equipment are in proper working order. Assist incoordinating outside vendor services including project outlines,drawings, quotes, work schedules and job closeouts. ***** OTHEREXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Three years proven experience andtraining in plumbing, electrical, HVAC or facility maintenance ispreferred Basic knowledge of hardware Basic knowledge of email platforms***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online:https://threepillars.recruitpro.com/jobs/273444
